It goes without saying that the slick new 2015 Ford Mustang would flatter nearly anyone sitting behind the wheel. But if you really want to take it up a notch, try painting your nails to match.

No, seriously. That’s what Ford’s new collaboration with OPI Products, Inc.—the Ford of the nail-polish industry—will allow you to do, with its new line of claw paints commemorating the pony car’s 50th Anniversary.

Obviously, this product alliance is aimed at prospective female customers, and probably a few men too (you know who you are). “For women, cars and nail lacquer offer a way to express personality,” said Suzi Weiss-Fischmann, OPI co-founder and executive vice president. “This new collection will deliver elements of sophistication, luxury, power, and style fitting for both OPI and Mustang consumers.”

Jeff Dunham’s Dodge Challenger SRT8 is One Bad Machine

Famous comedian and ventriloquist Jeff Dunham pulled the covers off his “Project UltraViolet” Dodge Challenger SRT8 at this week’s SEMA Show. This was a collaboration project between Mopar, SRT and Jeff’s crew from Palmer’s Customs based out of Camarillo, California. The car combines an ultra-violoet paint with a black upper half, and received a variety of exterior modifications to make it one bad machine.



A custom body kit that widens the rear end and adds new aluminum side sills give it a much more aggressive look. Some of these parts have been handmade and are able to fit the exhaust that exits before the rear wheel. Inside the Dodge Challenger you will find Nappa leather with contrasting stitching, custom seats and a Hurst short-throw shifter.


Performance modifications give this beast a Mopar 426 crate engine producing 515 horsepower and 490 lb-ft of torque. Suspension tuning consists of the lowering kit and new 22-inch alloy wheels that surely don’t make the car nimble. In the end, Jeff Dunham received a show stopping Dodge Challenger SRT8 that is turning all heads at SEMA this year.

CHEVROLET CAMARO GETS TUNED BY WIMMER RS AND AUDIOVOX

Audiovox has enlisted Wimmer RS to create a bespoke Chevrolet Camaro to promote the company's Magnat audio systems. Looking bold and aggressive, the one-off model has a two-tone exterior with a ground effects package and 22-inch Oxigin wheels wrapped in Yokohama Advan Sport tires. The Camaro's cabin has always been a bit of a disappointment, so Wimmer added leather / Alcantara seats and an Audiovox infotainment system. The coupe has also been equipped with a 4400 watt Magnat audio system that has digital amplifiers and two 30cm subwoofers. For added performance, the 6.2-liter V8 engine was outfitted with a revised ECU, an optimized air intake and a stainless steel sports exhaust system. Thanks to these tweaks, the engine produces 451 HP (332 kW) and 596 Nm (439 lb-ft) of torque which enables the car to hit a top speed of 274 km/h (170 mph).
